"Perfect location for our family."

"This is just the cutest camp close to all the amenities Speculator has to offer! The beds were comfy, great water pressure so nice showers, and the camp was cool with the air conditioning even in the unseasonably warm temperatures the ADK was experiencing the week we were there. The only things on my wish list were a microwave and a little more storage for food (no pantry or empty shelves) and any type of closet for clothes! But these little teeny things would not deter me from renting this home...

"It was a nice place. Super comfortable beds and the bunk bed for the kids is a nice addition. "

"Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, good amenities."

"We had a last minute cancellation of a rental house and needed a place close to Gore that allowed pets. This house was great and Irene was very accommodating, making sure we enjoyed our stay. Check in was super smooth, location was close to Gore, with a pet friendly home and surrounding area. "

"This was nice for a short getaway in the woods. Bonus points for allowing us to bring our dog. It was our first time "glamping". The place is clean, remote and exactly how it was described. It was just not our thing."

"The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. The unit was a bit rustic for my wife’s taste. Also, there were...

"Gorgeous and relaxing place to stay!"

"Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. "

"All around just a cute little place. Very clean and perfect with the fenced in yard for our dogs. This however, does not seem like a side road. Very fast traffic. Busy with motorcycles and racing cars. We walked our pups down to the beach just once to find out it is not pet friendly none of the beaches around there were so that put a bit of a damper on our trip.We will be back next time without them "

"Clean, new, and beautiful location."

"Very charming little cabin, very clean and host was very responsive and helpful."

"The cabin was cozy and idyllic for a restful escape. We were so comfortable and happy. The many thoughtful touches added to the great experience, such as coffee, water, and snacks. We enjoyed making a fire and roasting marshmallows and later watching a scary movie on Netflix. The property was beautiful with a lovely path to the lake to enjoy the pretty view and breathe the clean air. It was a wonderful getaway. We were able to communicate easily with the host who was very responsive. We would...

"This house looks and feels just like the pictures. Nice kitchen and great dinner table for our group. This area of NY is captivating with all the lakes and wilderness for riding a motorcycle and im sure fishing and hiking. When at this house you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Then pull out of the driveway take a left go 500 yes and everything you need. Charlie John's has everything you need at a very reasonable price and the Mrg delivered our groceries to the house because we were...

"Clean, convenient, and lots of space for the three of us. "

"Beautiful place in a beautiful area. Great communication and responsiveness by host. Amenities as described. Would highly recommend. "
