Head to Wells-next-the-Sea, 2 miles, for its lively harbour, Georgian architecture and choice of shops and places to eat, or to Holt, 13 miles, where you’ll find another intriguing selection of shops, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants. From Morston Quay, 8.5 miles, you can take a boat trip to see the grey seals of Blakeney Point, or for a day visiting a renowned stately home, choose from Houghton Hall, Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, all within 23 miles.
This spacious, hand-built shepherd’s hut is fully insulated and centrally heated, making it a cosy escape at any time of the year. Professionally designed, its calming interior is decorated in soft, natural shades and includes high-quality furnishings and luxurious finishes. Walk up the steps and through the front door to discover a charming space that combines cooking, dining, relaxing and sleeping. At the far end, a sumptuous king-size bed promises deep rest, with clothes storage, space below the bed for luggage, and even an under-bed dog den for your canine companions. The kitchen features elegant slate worktops and a butler’s sink, together with everything required to prepare holiday feasts. Enjoy meals at the solid-oak breakfast bar, looking out over the pretty meadow. After supper, a comfortable sofa invites you to unwind in front of the Smart TV or dive into a good book. A stylish shower room completes the hut, with a rainfall shower head and a conventional WC.
The hut sits alongside three other stylish retreats, surrounded by attractive planting and with fencing and hedges contributing to a sense of seclusion.
