"The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick. The loft apartment was very comfortable to stay in and facilities, including a small walk across the road to the shopping centre and takeaway, made the apartment very appealing. The host left a nice supply of extras, to start our four night stay off well. Will be returning!!"
