Lovely mid-century modern home, very comfortable overall. Close enough to our events in Steubenville.Did not have a welcome booklet with things like check out process. Some obvious dirt/dust on bathroom floors. Sewer-like smell in the bottom floor for some of the stay.

We've stayed in all 3 of the hotels located on Three Springs Drive. We like the Holiday Inn the best, even though it's not the newest. Always clean, great restaurant. Close to other restaurants, shopping, and not far from downtown Pittsburgh.
