"I’ve been to MANY stays all around the world and we had a whole bunch of stuff go wrong on our end and if it wasn’t for the incredible hosts we had that helped us as well as welcomed us so warmly we would still be stuck and in travel trouble. I’m so grateful to have had the best hosts who treated us personally and caringly. What a beautiful place, very big, plenty of space for the 3 kids and super close to beautiful scenery and lakes. "Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

"The room was clean and spacious witu a mini fridge and, of a couple european citied we visited, this one had the best air conditioning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Didnt do breakfast because of price and options. About 9 CHF per person to book a good shuttle service to airport. Very easy self check in process. 10 minute walk to train station to main city."
