"I asked multiple members of staff we had no hot running water in our room, they said they would get someone up to the room so we waited for them for hours - no one’s came and we then asked 2 other times and called down and no nobody came to fix it. "

Also fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and even though it was a false alarm, it took forever for the staff to figure how to reset the elevators and they wouldn’t let us use the stairs so we were forced to remain in the lobby waiting… Additionally, when I went to use the pool I was told that it was not included in my stay which was not correct and another member of the staff had to correct them and let me in.
