"Breakfast was a disaster, cold scrambled eggs bacon not cooked well, potato hash tray empty, tables not cleaned, staff not available. Rooms are only attended to when leave or after 3 days, had to go to front desk to get clean towels."

"The property was beautiful. We were disappointed because our room, very pricey, was in the basement or Lower Level. It was considered a Garden View in the Wallcourt Hall. There was no garden. The windows were small and high making it hard to even look out. We saw the bottom of the shrubs. The Inn is very nice and sits on the side of the lake. The food was delicious. We were just disappointed with our room."
