"We had paid for an adjoining bedroom, but it had not been cleaned. There were some indications, such as dust on the windowsill and a plastic bottle cap under the dresser, that they don’t pay a lot of attention to cleaning.
The hotel is very close to the interstate, and if it weren’t for the noisy window air conditioner, the sound of traffic would’ve been too much.
The person on duty did takeoff a little from the room charge when we refused to pay for the adjoining bedroom, and the linens were...
"Arrived to find the office closed with a hand written note explaining lobby was closed and that you had to inquire at the hotel across the street. That hotel was also closed. Parking lot had bbqs in parking stalls, a kiddie pool in another with absolutely no parking available. We never did get checked in and had to find another hotel for the night."
