8/10 Good

"The room was decent in size, clean, comfortable beds. Very nice view of the canyons in our front porch. There is a restaurant and laundry on site. On the downside, we had to carry our luggages down the stairs when we arrived because our room is at the first floor which was below the level of the parking lot. This also meant we had to carry them going up when we checked out. Otherwise, our stay in this hotel was good."

"First of all Expedia should not be associated with this property. Upon check in on May 9th 2026 our economy king room had NO microwave, coffee maker, fridge, alarm clock, hair dryer, instructions for TV or remote, I questioned our room choice it was different on my reservation. They moved us to another room and it only had a fridge and nothing else. They were upset at us. Plus the amount they charged me at check in was higher than my reservation confirmation said. I questioned it and desk person said "what do you want me to do" I showed him our confirmation and nothing happened. The pics on line are of the new cabins not of the motel part. This place looks like a run down out of business place. The place hasn't been updated probably since 1962 LOL. Expedia need to run from this property fast. They were one of the highest amount places we stayed for absolutely nothing . What a waste of my money. We tried to find another place but same day check in prices were very high. So we stayed and left at first light. Sending pics of property totally disgusting. Rat boxes outside many doors, one unit had old used kitchen equipment & cleaning equipment outside of the door. Lots of rotten wood not a very safe place to walk around on."

"When I arrived at the hotel. There was a young girl working at the desk. She checked me in and told me I was on the first floor. When I entered my room, it was not mountain view. It is parking lot view. My reservation stated Mountain View . I came out and spoke to the clerk. The clerk then called the manager. After the clerk explained to the manager, we were in the wrong room , the manager said she would be back within a hour. The clerk told the manager that I wanted to speak with her when she arrived. The manager didn’t return for an hour and 45 minutes after saying she would be back in an hour. When the manager arrived, the clerk came to the room to tell me the manager had arrived. When I came out to discuss the situation with the manager she said this is a special deal. This is what I get with Expedia. Which is very untrue. I travel often. I’ve always been treated well everywhere. Getting special restaurant privileges etc.After about 15 minutes of speaking with the manager. The manager turns to the clerk and asks her if she checked the calendar for said day. Clerk stated yes and there were no available rooms. The manager takes a look then start to blame the clerk stating that the clerk could have put me in a room that a customer had not checked into . Within seconds the clerk asked if she wanted her there. The manager placed the blame on the clerk. This should have been a teaching moment. Instead the clerk left very upset and jobless. Room ok. POOR MANAGERIAL skills!!!"
