"As soon as we got there, we were informed the pool was broken (part reason we booked this stay). After a day, we needed more towels and we called the front desk and nobody answered, then we sent a text and they called saying they were short staffed and it was only them so we would have to get the towels ourselves. "Our room had an awful musty smell. When we asked the front desk if there was something we could do, we were told that housekeeping did not show that day but offered to come and spray lemon scented Lysol. We discovered the AC was leaking, causing the carpet to be soaked in a large ring on that side of the room. We assume this was causing the smell.
We stayed for 3 nights and never had housekeeping pick up or drop off new towels."

"This particular Clarion was once an old and crumbling Ramada Inn; upgrades and repairs are being made but you can still it's a very old hotel and some of the concrete sidewalks are not 100% safe for seniors. It's clearly a work in progress. Having said that, our room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was about what you'd expect from a hotel. But all things considered, we would stay there again. The price was right."

"The front desk literally does nothing to help you and lies to your face. We didn’t get the room we booked online that was advertised with full fridge, was told they don’t have such rooms by front desk. To only find out that the room I booked was on the first floor given to another party. So we got a tiny fridge without a microwave also.
