"Great airport hotel. Quick walk from terminal 4 under a covered walkway. Rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Also had a tasty supper in their restaurant."

"I find in incomprehensible that in modern Britain, that housekeeping needs to knock on the door to find out if you have vacated the room so they have to hammer on doors at 8;30 to see if you are still in the room. when she eventually found an empty room you could hear everything she was doing no consideration for residents who may may still be in bed, which is to be expected in a room where check out is not until 11:00. Spoilt the stay for me. Also the room had frosted windows, not good if you like daylight to apply make-up etc."

"Location is great for an early morning flight. Rooms basic but comfortable and quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hot drink machine on the 5th floor was good and Bloc's key card provides restaurant food discounts."

"Hotel was clean and perfect location for airport. Room was basic but has coffee and tea. Checkin was quick and fairly easy. The only downside was that the room had a slight musty smell and was on the ground floor. "

"Great place to stay close to T4 and free train from Terminals 2 & 3 Check in/Check out staff were really nice Breakfast selection of food very good and staff in the restaurant were very helpful & efficient Destinations Bar just had a drink there nice ambiance a bit pricey but it is London after all Would definitely stay overnight again on our next visit "
