"The three rooms I reserved were clean and in good condition, so we were happy about that. I called ahead of time the day before we arrived to ask for two of the rooms with king beds be close together (on the same floor) and it didn't matter where the third room was located that had two beds in it, because that son needed two beds so their son could have one. The girl I spoke to said they couldn't do that, but when we checked in we could make the request. I asked the girl if she was in a random call center or at the hotel location and she said she was at the hotel, (I had called the phone number of the hotel itself), but it was clearly a call center since I could hear a lot of other calls going on in .the background. When we checked in they had all three rooms messed up and none of us got the room we needed. I don't understand why a simple request could not have been made the day before check in. It was extra hard because one room had a baby and needed space for a pack and play. We had to switch rooms after unpacking and yet we didn't get the rooms needed because those with the baby couldn't repack and move after they got there. (Have you have ever traveled with a six week old baby you'd understand.)"

"Overall, the hotel is good for overnight travel because it offers a safe location and parking. The facility is very clean. However, the daily maintenance and condition of the bed/linens could be better. We requested daily replenishing of towels and toiletries but when we returned to our room is two untouched. We had to go to the service desk to get clean towels and paper products. The bed was also so soft it gave us backaches in the morning. The bed linens are also in need of replacement. We even removed the top blankets and just asked for an additional sheet because they were so worn out looking."

"House keeping didn’t clean our room during our stay. The only provided us with clean towels The coffee machine wasn’t working. They didn’t fix the beds nor did they clean anything in the room"

"The only incident I had was the attendant sitting outside the arcade. I purchased day passes for the water park online after talking to the front desk. My son and I were leaving to go back to our room when the attendant told us the front desk should of gave us a separate wrist band to get back into the hotel. I should her our key card but insisted we needed a band. She was very rude and I really thought she wasn't going to let us go through the doors and we would have to walk outside to get back to our room. There was no reason for her to have an attitude after all the money we spent there."
