"This is a brand new hotel. My husband and I liked the cleanliness and its quiet location. However, no one was present at the check-in counter when we arrived in the morning to leave our luggage. Then, same thing happened when we came back to check-in later that day. We had to wait several minutes twice. Both staff apologized and were very helpful and nice though. They cleaned up the room on the 2nd day and all the towels disappeared when returned. The next day, we returned to an uncleaned room...

"Staff was very helpful, though we had to change rooms twice, due to damage issues and non working tv and other problems we were gone all day our 2nd day and our luggage was in the room and when we returned we had been checked and locked out , even though we had reservations, the night clerk from the night before was once again helpful in getting in our room, she was much more helpful than the franchisee, the breakfast was sparse at best, we were quite dissatisfied to say the least, Wyndham and...
