"Front desk staff was great. There was a hockey tournament in town and the parents were bombed and the kids were screaming and running through the hallways. I understand that everyone paid for their rooms and is entitled to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, but we all need to be cognizant of the fact that all guests share these spaces and not all guests may appreciate their loud music or their screaming kids.
