"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"This property is just as it's described and suited our family of 4 perfectly. We used the pull-out couch and it was very comfortable as well. The home had everything we needed and a small convenience store is next to the complex for anything you've forgotten. There were also a few restaurants and pubs within walking distance. A quick 15minute uber ride to downtown Oxford. Great flat, good price. More room than you expect from the photos!"

"Very clean and quiet, there is a bus into town or you can walk along the Thames (part of the way). Easy parking is a bonus. The only confusion was that on Vrbo the property had an address with a house number 19 rather than 19a - hopefully that can be changed for future customers "

"Pros: excellent location and short walk to town, and easy to get along river; fairly quiet with lovely sounds of ducks and geese in the morning; very well prepared and clean room and artwork a nice touch; Head of the River pub nearby had excellent food. Cons: small and you’ll find bigger bathrooms on a transatlantic flight!; view over river disappointing given what website shows. Overall: location and access make this a great room for a short stay; size (bathroom/shower) not good for a stay...
