"Not once during our 2 week stay was our room clean in the first 8 days, I had to go and request a clean also day after day going to reception to ask for toilet paper and it seemed like it was an issue yet they never came to the room to top it up or give us fresh towels, 8 days with no bed change either, very poor service and the reception staff are very dry and do not want to help. "Great place to stay with my pets (a mini dachshund & mini poodle). They loved the walk to the lake, as well as Smugglers island and Budgewoi dog-friendly beach. I love Swordfish &co, as well as Norah Head. Great spot for single/ couples and pet(s). Thanks Alison"

"On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry"
