"The room was clean and so was the bathroom. They had multiple options of tea. The stag was helpful to a certain extent. Some are hesitant with their English so knowing a few Lao words can come in handy. The dinner for May first was amazing lots of variety. The room had a great view."

"A little jaded around the edges but a good stay nonetheless. Its the usual where big money is spent initially and then nothing whatsoever on maintenance afterwards. Breakfast was good and staff try their best. "

"Air conditioning in the room wouldn’t cool below 24 degrees. Spoke to reception and nothing spoke to them the following day and nothing spoke to them again and nothing then spoke to a manger and nothing. She just said you’re on the sunny side of the hotel. Okay well why won’t it cool down at 4am when there is no sun??. At one point the water in the basin was actually running brown. Not a god place the staff just do not care at all. "

"Lovely clean room, decent gym and poor area. Has a very convenient cafe downstairs with good food also were breakfast is served in the morning. Pretty wide selection at breakfast. The location isn’t the closest to the centre, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Vientiane which isn’t bad but the heat makes it feel longer. "
