"From check in to check out, everything was great. Friendly helpful staff and some amazing restaurants. Easy walk to the convention center and very clean rooms."

"It was a great stay. Staff was great, the snacks and stuff available at the front was convenient, breakfast was good, didn't use the bar but it looked like it would have been fun, and the places to hang out downstairs were really cool. The only thing that kept it from being five stars was how hot the elevators and hallways on the room floors were."

"Great friendly staff. Only complaint I would have is to have more than waffle maker for breakfast. If you don’t get there at open or want to wait in line for 20 minutes you mine as well not even try for the waffles. Other than that slight complaint it was an enjoyable stay very comfortable and great staff"

"The place was great besides the pool area, it was dirty, run down and needs major improvements. The hotel rooms were super clean and nice and so was the casino."

"In our room the microwave, refrig and coffee maker did not work. We only realized this upon trying g to use them in the morning. The refrig was cold when we checked in but by the morning the items, $15, had to be thrown out.i told the front desk who said sorry, I will let maintenance know."
