"The State Plaza Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean , great foggy bottom location, spacious rooms/ bathroom and kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff, even has a nice place called the Garden Cafe to grab a bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great place to stay if you are in Foggy Bottom."

"This will definitely be a hotel we use when we come to DC. We only live in Baltimore, so it’s only an hour away, but we like to spend the night and do museums and restaurants the following day or two. An excellent hotel in every way, other than the lighting in the bathroom. For a woman, bring a lighted mirror to do your makeup lol"
