With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, and great room, it sleeps a total of 6 people.



Over a century old, the home has been updated to modern conveniences, adding a beautiful charm to this brick home.



THE SPACE



The Mini Aussie is perfect for your home base to explore Missouri wine country, to celebrate your wedding, and to compete in dog shows at the Purina Event Center.



Bring your mom and sisters for a wine country getaway, ride the Katy Trail, or celebrate a wedding at one of the nearby wedding venues. The Mini Aussie is in the heart of WashMo and Missouri wine country and less than an hour from St. Louis.



The Mini Aussie is dog friendly for pre-approved dogs only.



MAIN LEVEL



Entering from the back door, you’ll have only 1 step into the home.



The main level has the large great room with flat screen TV, full size couch, love seat, and two chairs. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table that seats 8 people.



The spacious kitchen has all new appliances and everything you need, including your choice of coffee brewing: drip, Keurig, or French press. The stacked full size washer and dryer are also on the main level behind the built in kitchen cabinets.



There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen size bed and the second with two queen size beds. Additionally a full bathroom with combo tub and shower off the hall.



UPPER LEVEL



This level is not included with your stay and will not have other guests. If you need the additional two bedrooms and bathroom, please book the listing for the full Aussie Cottage home.



LAUNDRY



There is a full size washer and dryer in the kitchen on the main level.



BACKYARD



The backyard is fully fenced with a classy black fence. It has a patio table with chairs, a gas barbecue grill, and a wood burning fire pit.



Please pick up a bundle of firewood (available at the local gas station) if you would like to use the fire pit.

GOOD NEIGHBOR



We monitor noise levels inside after 10pm with a noise sensor. This does not record anything, it only measures decibels and will alert us if it is over 80 decibels during quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

🐶 Pre-approved dogs only, dog rate is $25 per night per dog plus taxes.

- The dog rate applies to ALL dogs on property, even those you choose not to bring inside the home

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL BOOKINGS



☎️ Your contact information on file for your stay. This includes your name, phone number, email, and mailing address.



✏️ Signed guest agreement is required for all bookings. You can read it in full in the House Rules before you book. A link to access and sign will be sent after you book.



💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.



🚗 Pre arrival checkin including your selfie holding your drivers license or government issued photo ID because this property is self checkin.



🆔 Our credit card processor will perform a secure credit card verification after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.



The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.



If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.
