The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including electric range and oven, refrigerator with water filter, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. You can seat two at the kitchen island or enjoy a sit-down dinner at the dining room table or on the back patio under the umbrella.
On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a well-equipped laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and drying rack.
