"Staff was great, property is clean. Rooms are spacious and comfy beds. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with hot and cold foods (eggs, sausages, potatotoes, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fruits and cinnamon rolls).
There was only 1 working elevator and being in downtown, there were times you had a long wait for the elevator. There were 5 of us but room only had 3 towels. Also the hand soap was empty. Those issues were resolved fairly quickly. There is a $22 parking fee for each day. But it includeds in and out privlidges. Which was great. When we checked out we left our car in the parking garage while we explored downtown louisville. Great stay!!"
