"A gem of a place. A boutique hotel minus the pretentiousness. Lovely staff, gorgeous grounds, clean and well decorated. The AC had to do overtime as it was a warm couple of days but it kept the room warm enough. The continental breakfast is generous and can be eaten indoors or outdoors. The location is perfect. Close to the piazza with excellent restaurants within a minute of walking. The Larix is our favorite place in Kimberley."

The hottub was out of service with no I would never recommend this hotel. I stayed in a hotel in Fernie a few days later for the same price that was 100000% nicer, cleaner and friendlier."

"There is always lots to do at St Eugene. The restaurants were excellent, and the outdoor pool for hot days is always a treat. Rooms are big and spacious"
