"The most disappointing stay I have ever had. Arrived after 4 hour drive to be told the indoor heated poor was down this week for maintenance…no email, nothing on website. When i explained that was why we came as we had visited and loved it 10 years ago, was advised if I wanted I could use the local swimming pool. I couldn’t then book into hot springs instead as advised by the desk because it was adults only in the evening. Tried to make the kids happy with the indoor pool, it was freezing!"

"Stayed here for one night on our way to Melbourne via the Great Ocean Road. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there and there was a good choice of food. I would definitely recommend Raj's Breakfast, a bit different and very tasty!"

"I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"
