Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great. "This property has an excellent location. Rittenhouse Square, restaurants/shopping and the subway are all within short walking distances. Historic locations/tourist sites were a little farther away but still within reasonable walking distances. Check-in is contactless with the instructions a breeze to follow. Bed and other furniture are comfortable. We had some minor issues with the television and the host was super responsive. There is a little noise from the establishment below and trash...

"Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!"

"Nice place"

"The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay."
