Dreamy Artist Chalet in Secluded Historic Village
Receptive. Clean. If coming in winter/ mud, know that there is zero chance you'll make it unless you have real chains or 4wd. Nice place.

Comfort Inn & Suites Montpelier-Berlin
Quintessential ski lodging. Room was clean and well appointed. Lobby a little small, but Carol went out of her way to help us find a place to play cards after we were in for the day. All front desk staff, but especially Carol were lovely.

Middlebury Inn
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was large, warm, and had nice hot water for tub/shower. Very convenient to the theatre, restaurants and a tavern. Walkable even though very cold.
