"We’d never stayed in the Canalta and truth be told-we’d expected more. The room was great, well soundproofed and spacious. We’d booked 13nights, but were put just above laundry department - with windows open it was noisy, with windows shut the air conditioning was equally noisy.
Biggest disappointment was breakfast- although real plates and cutlery, the fresh fruit was lacking most days. Yogurt machine was empty after 4 days and it became obvious that while some breakfast staff were super helpful, others couldn’t care less…. No clean glasses, no fresh coffee, no fresh croissants, no red fruit mix, no yogurt, creamers for the coffee only available during breakfast, rest of the day sachets only.
The brown bread was delicious, came all the way from Alberta!
