Housekeeping was prompt and consistent every day. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Qing at the reception. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us plan day trips to the best spots in Lijiang. Her local tips made our visit much more enjoyable. "Very impressive. The hotel is located at the top of the Old town which gives a spectacular view of the mountains. The room is comfortable and the free minibar is also a plus. The staff were willing to help but couldn't communicate in English which is fine because WeChat can translate everything. The breakfast menu offers a variety of choices but the portions are quite small so we had to order many times and the wait was a bit long. Highly recommended."

"Breakfast was traditional, but not on property had to walk to other property to eat, short walk, no safe in room to hold items, no iron, as stated 1 minutes walk to old town, property is in old town , had to call to find location, they came and walked us to property, that's why 4 stars , and local person said they have free shuttle to airport, he asked for me and had free shuttle ride the day I left ,"
