"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Air condition is strong. Staff were very helpful. Amenities are all there. We enjoyed the free ramen we had for breakfast to start the day. The lounge was nice and cozy. Location is very convenient as it’s just a 2 minute walk from Wangsimni station. We would come back here if we visit Seoul again."

"Around the hotel, so many karaoke places. The room was tiny than I expected from the photos and ventilation was bad. However, staffs are very kind and the location is closed to the subway station. "

Twice they left behind dirty towels (ones they had used, not mine) and my sheets were not changed once in the entire 6 night stay (no signage indicating they have eco-friendly policies).
