In der Vergangenheit waren wir Gast in Ihrem Hotel in Schillig. Leider gibt es dies nicht mehr. Dort waren wir sehr zufrieden. Deshalb haben wir über Sie die FerW gebucht. Buchung und vorab Betreuung sehr gut. Bei Anreise Alles OK. Jedoch begleitete uns keiner zur Immobilie. Die Häuser sind nicht nummeriert. Da auf der Straße überwiegend Touristen waren, konnte uns erst nach mehreren Fragen Auskunft erteilt werden. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes kümmerte sich keiner um uns. Wir erreichten am Abreisetag Niemand. Anrufbeantworter !!! Büro um 9:00 nicht besetzt. Schlüssel in den Briefkasten ?? Durch das Fenster im Briefkasten sahen wir Schlüssel. Somit haben wir sie dort hinterlassen. Zur Wohnung : Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Geräte etc. vorhanden. Nicht so optimal ist die Vermietung mit Hund. Immer wieder fanden wir Hundehaare auf unserer Bekleidung. Das Radio hat eine schlechte Empfangsqualität und die Bedienung ?? Auch Tassiimo ohne Einweisung nicht nutzbar .Den vorab gekauften Kaffee haben wir vor Ort gelassen.

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sauber - absolut alles ist vorhanden (auch um sich selbst zu bekochen). Die Nähe zum Strand (in unseren Fall insbesondere zum Hundestrand) ist unschlagbar. Es stehen wirklich tolle Bücher zur Verfügung - perfekt für Regentage. Mein Mann und mein Hund haben die ganze Zeit aufs Meer geschaut und sind jetzt zu Hause ganz traurig ;-).
