"This property is pretty clean, but very minimal. It isn’t “luxury” as listed in the title. There are few supplies such as hand soap or basics in the kitchen. The two bedrooms have reasonably comfortable beds, but no lamps or end tables to accommodate charging phones or putting anything down. The “sleeper sofa” is the kind where you push the ottoman against the sofa and not suitable for two people and uncomfortable at best for one. "Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey."

"While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay.
