"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. "The hotel is fully up to international standards and that most travelers come to expect. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and professional. The hotel is literally next to the train station and very convenient, especially if guests need to catch a very early train. The hotel's architecture is modern and clashes with the historic aesthetics of the train station and the city in general. "

"Very friendly staff, amazing location on canal. Room was large and very comfortable. Restaurant is excellent. Had dinner there two evenings and tried five different dishes - all delicious. Some of the best food we've had in Germany. Lots of nice walking paths - along the canal, beach area, to local ruins of a monastery. You can reach the innercity of Greifswald by bus - about 25 minutes away."
