"This hotel is old and tired. When I arrived, I was informed that the elevator was out for four weeks minimum. Since I had three bags and a pram plus limited mobility, I was very upset. To the staff's credit, they took me up in the service elevator but I still had to walk up and down many stairs everytime ..."
