"The staff when I checked in (Harry) was very very good and friendly, he was so nice and welcoming.
Unfortunately I was disappointed as the hotel had bed bugs. I spent whole night itching and scratching. When I woke up, my whole body had bites and all red. Very uncomfortable, I informed the lady in the reception but she was not understanding and at most she said she will send the cleaner to clean the room. Not happy with that outcome "

"Our room was a little on the small side but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good. I did think it was a little pricy for what we got but at least the paring was free.
The area around is lovely but there's not a lot of restaurants and the ones there close early (20:30). This is a 7/10 for me."
