"We really enjoyed our stay at Holly Lodge. Our room was lovely, and it was clean and comfortable. It was great having air con in the room. Breakfast was also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re in the area."

"All areas very clean and tidy, lovely comfy bed with new cotton linens and towels. We stayed in room 8, perfectly clean and comfortable, rooftop view of next-door along with pigeons but that can't be helped, bit of a steep stair climb to top floor, but ok for us, good selection for continental breakfast, perfect location and parking opposite to explore wells, we stayed the 1 night but would stay again if exploring other locations nearby"

"Robbie super helpful and friendly ( Batman/ waiter everywhere)
Great location on The Rebellion Way cycle , cool room in the heat and very good food - beyond normal pub food
We left very early and they made a breakfast to go for us, which was really appreciated
Really enjoyable stay"

"This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath.
Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill.
One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this establishment, everything was just how you would want it.
Very helpful staff at check in, lovely room with a seaview, comfy bed, great shower.
Breakfast was lovely, as was the lady serving it. I was checked out by one of the owners, who was very friendly and helpful.
So I can highly recommend The Two Lifeboats!"

"Had a really lovely stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. We enjoyed a fabulous evening meal and an excellent breakfast. Looking forward to a return trip."
"Weather was great and the property was great but lacked loungers by the pool to relax. They need other places to relax around the place other than your tent or cabin"
"Place was immaculate.
View of the fields was great. Local to where we needed to go and also very close to Swaffham town centre.
Parking spaces clearly marked."
"We stayed for 1 night and it was perfectly comfortable for us. The hotel is an older building so you expect that things are slightly worn and dated but overall staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help us, breakfast was really tasty with plenty of options"
"It was my husband’s and my first time visiting Fflokes, and after hearing so many great things through word of mouth, we decided to spend our 3rd wedding anniversary there.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, we had a smile on our faces. It not only lived up to our expectations — it exceeded them.
It honestly felt like Disney World for adults.
We definitely plan to visit again. Thank you to the entire team for making our 3rd anniversary so memorable."
"We booked a last minute break, the room we were assigned was on the second floor with a side sea view. Also overlooking the rear beach car park.
The room was quite dated, with a fusty smell.
This could be overcome by opening one of 3 windows.
The window frames were flaking and 1 pane was broken.
The shower was good with lots of hot water.
The conditioner bottle in the shower was sadly empty.
Breakfast was a little old fashioned but quite good quality.
The cooked breakfast and the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were excellent.
The newly refurbished mariners arms is still finding its feet.
A great location but needs better service.
You have to order drinks and food at the bar.
Car park signage quite confusing if you have never been before, this could be improved on a welcome message.
Not obvious if you have to pay £10 as hotel guests."
