"The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room...

"We have stayed here a couple of times now and highly recommend the property. It is located close enough to everything but not on the strip with all the traffic and noise. Clean rooms with a great view of Branson at night. Not a big resort with all the amenities but nice place to stay at a reasonable price. You also get a good discount at the great restaurant onsite. Very good breakfast and lunch spot."

Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...
