"We stay in a studio unit in an older part of the complex. However if I was a backpacker I would give them 10 out of 10 . Community facilities were excellent."

"Room was clean & spacious & it was a bonus having the kitchenette. It was next door to a pub which we ate at. Recommend meals there, lots of variety & reasonable prices. Motel was quiet & no extra noise from the pub. Reception staff member was very friendly & helpful when we checked in, offering us options for activities in town & giving us heaps of information on the dolphin feeding which was the reason for our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area."

"House located in a very quiet part of Tin Can Bay. Everything you would need provided in the kitchen. Comfy beds & great showers. Lovely outdoor area. Highly recommend"

"Room was clean, has amazing view. We didn't cook but noticed that the kitchen was spacious and equiped with everything one needs to make a meal. We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was a bit frustating. The property does have a front desk person for check-in. There was a phone number at the front desk one needs to call to get a code to open the lock box to get the key to the room. However, as an international traveler without a calling plan, the unexpected phone call I had to make was costly."

Plantation Resort at Rainbow

"Plantation resort is perfectly positioned in the centre of town with sweeping beach views. Staff were super helpful in bringing forward our stay before we even arrived. On arrival, the resort was beautifully presented and the suite very generously proportioned. The beach trolley and toys were a great bonus. Highly recommend the double Island kayak tour."
