"I stayed for one night with my son, the staff were very friendly, the room was small but thoughtfully designed, with a window seat and desk. The air con was not working, so we were glad it was not a hot night. The pool was small but very nice."

"Loved the stay, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, and the roof top bar was a nice find for great views of the city. The hotel is a very short walk from the Central station and right behind Grand Place making it super convenient. The food & beer choices at their restaurant could have been better given the options around but not too bad either. All in all loved the hotel and would go back if in that area."

"The hotel is very close to many dining options. The hotel staff were very hospitable and went out of their way to "wake" us up in the morning for early calls. Breakfast was good and hearty. The hotel was clean, orerly and organized. We were pleasantly surprised to see the cacti in the lobby. We live in the Mojave Desert in Arizona, so it impressed us how they went out of their way to make us feel at home!"

"We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel and the rooms were really nice big size the bathrooms were excellent clean and spacious and all the facilities were really well maintained with great air-con as well in the summer. Create location in the city just on Louisa road so great access to everything."

"Fabulous stay - bed was so comfortable, room had everything you need - and what a wonderful shower! All staff so helpful and welcoming. So close to the station too - and to the old district with all the chocolate and waffles you can eat!! Was a wonderful stay, would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who made it such a special stay for us - we are incredibly grateful"
