"It’s a condo, not a hotel.
Do not show up without a car, or you run the risk of getting stranded.
The shuttle to the ski resort in the morning, and back in the afternoon is decent.
But, there is no reliable Uber or taxi service for other times, and you would not want to be outdoors waiting for a bus in the Hokkaido winter.
The apartment itself is nice. Just don’t come without a car."

"Jozankei Yurakusoan was easily one of the highlights of our stay in Hokkaido. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a relaxing and memorable guest experience. Every little detail from the warm hospitality to the thoughtful amenities made us feel well looked after.
The biggest highlight was undoubtedly the onsen. The public hot spring baths were excellent, and our room even came with its own private bath, which made for an incredibly peaceful...
