The room was spotless. The registration staff was very nice and professional. Quick service, checking in and out. The curbside staff was excellent, especially in the hot weather. They get top billing for the extraordinary efforts they made. Great hotel.

I stayed here for an extended stay after relocation from my apartment. I had been staying in the same unit and it was not expressed as to for my second extension I was to be relocated. I received a call in the middle of the work day saying I needed to move all my stuff. I was met with a rude temperament ...

This was our 2nd time staying at the Lakeside Inn. The first time was w/kids. This time, just my husband and I. Fits our needs as budget travelers. Nice to have a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Beautiful lake view. Convenient for exploring Cape Ann.
