Great value.

I loved my stay! The views are spectacular and the food at the restaurant below is delicious. The staff there are lovely and very helpful. Be aware that there is no front desk, you just call to their sister property to get door codes for your room. I liked this but if you’re looking for a traditional hotel, this isn’t it. They were very helpful over the phone and let me have a later checkout. FYI, the restaurant does not serve breakfast, so be prepared to drive to Smithfield or Williamsburg...

Everything was great.

Very nice place, just off the highway. They are in the process of remodeling and I love the new look.

We had a great stay. The place we got was a two bedroom, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed with a sofa bed in the living room. The bed was firm, which I am not use to, but it was very comfortable. The pillows were a little high; they were uncomfortable the first night. By the second night I figured out how to lay on them so I could sleep comfortably. The room was spacious and comfortable. My husband used the fitness center, which he enjoyed. Since our stay was short, we didn't really take...

Very welcoming! Beautiful rooms! Walking distance to the winery with a free tasting included in our stay.

Stayed for four days...an extended weekend for a family gathering. The room was clean, well equipped, good AC, and quiet. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. The staff was very helpful, with a special thanks to Christina who helped me make some changes to my reservations

This hotel deserves more than 2 stars. It has been renovated and the room was fantastic. Everything is nice and new, neat, upgraded. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with the usual options.

My family was looking to split our trip from Florida to NJ and I came across this location... Right off the highway, free hot breakfast, courteous staff, clean rooms, and a gas station right next door! Easy off, easy on for I-95! Highly recommend this hotel to all travelers!

The staff is beautiful the front desk always get. 20 stars so professional in greeting you feel very welcome there in the morning breakfast wonderful shout out to the cook!my family’s loved it !

Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a B&B. Location is beautiful and convenient to cover the gamut of American history from Jamestowne, Colonial Williamsburg, America's oldest family business Shirley Plantation, Yorktown where independence was won, presidents' homes such as Monticello, and civil war sites in and around Fredericksburg.

Clean service Great Breakfast

Greensprings offers spacious apartments that are both quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a larger group. The tub in our master bath was amazing. I am already planning my next visit. Giventhe reasonable prices, I hVe no need to stay anywhere else.

Very clean room. Had self check-in. Quiet area not to much traffic. Will definitely visit again !

Spent the weekend in Williamsburg and this place was an amazing jump off point. John the owner is very attentive and the overall atmosphere of the place was amazing. Will be recommending this place to anyone who is staying in Williamsburg regardless of the trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williamsburg Sampler B & B. We appreciated the close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and William and Mary College, as well as the quiet location. Mr. Ike is such a kind man and an excellent Innkeeper..lovely to talk to him and tour his Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was just delicious! We will definitely revisit this quaint inn on our next visit!

The pools and fitness area is top notch, not crowded. The area is manicured and plush. Could hear the train from Busch Gardens, loved that! The room was all we could ask for. This was a great min vacation!
