"It was requested that I delay my arrival until 3:00, that worked fine so I agreed. Once I arrived I was asked to wait until 4:00 as they were still cleaning—not what I wanted after driving 5 hours. After finally receiving access to the apartment I was disappointed with the cleanliness or lack thereof. It had not been vacuumed, there was trash in the kitchen drawers, there was no top sheet one one of the beds, the towels were new and not been laundered (the tags were still on), the living room tv...
