The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Breakfast offering looked a little tired with limited choices at 8:30. Air con and the sound-proofing were very good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

MCentral Apartments Manukau
The only complaint is its not advertised on the outside enough just one small sign that is easily missed ie: no neon lights no signs saying accommodation here of any type or even indicating accommodation is there. I walked past it.

Proximity Apartments Manukau Auckland Airport
The bedroom in the 1 bedroom apartment was smaller than expected. Have previously stayed at this property and found the studio apartment to be more spacious. Lovely place to stay, and will be back.
