"Our stay was okay, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The room had carpet that smelled like feet, and the bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. If you’re assigned a room facing the road, be prepared for a lot of traffic noise because the windows don’t do much to block the sound. On the positive side, the pool was great for the kids, and the weight room was clean and well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that alcohol is not permitted outside of your room, so...

"It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely. It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost."

"The front desk staff were extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. They responded immediately to my needs. There was a problem with the microwave. When housekeeping opened the door, they found a disgusting, smelly dish of food left by the previous occupant. Unfortunately, staff did not remove the food. The hotel is in a great location mid Ala Wai Blvd, easy to access with the main points of interest in Waikiki just down the street. Parking was ample and not as expensive as most hotels."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was in an excellent location, clean, close to everything and just a short walk from the beach. Having convenient parking was a huge bonus. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was very spacious, and the kitchenette was incredibly useful for preparing snacks and simple meals. Overall, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"
