"Wow such a treat having a massive spa bath in our room plus a spa pool on our terrace. The room was huge & very quiet. Maybe the gardens could have been a little more maintained to take advantage of the beautiful snow capped mountains. The restaurant was a little large & stark and kind of felt out of place compared to the intimacy of the rest of the property."

"WOW, Just Wow! 😍 Was booking from the bottom of Western Australia and saw this property and knew I had to book it - and it certainly didn't disappoint. "Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. We opened up the room (it was freezing) for 15 minutes or so to air it out. The curtains are shabby and ill fitting on some windows. The bathroom was adequate but again shabby, a soiled towel had been left on the hook from a previous stay. The one positive is that the bedding/beds were clean and crisp.
