"They are updating this location which is a plus but during our stay the cable didn't work, the hot tub was an ice bath, and had to move to another room because the tub didn't drain. They didn't offer any special pricing either knowing that all these things were an issue. Was told the cable was out for a week already and the boiler for the pool area has been not working for longer. These are amenities that people are counting on especially if it is posted on the description of the property."
