"Staff: Welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. Executive Rooms 367 & 369: spotlessly clean and comfortable - good bed and choice of pillows but room a bit faded and dated - needs a bigger TV as distance from bed is too far for comfortable viewing. Lift out of action - not helpful - Best Western need to sort this pronto Spa & Pool: closed for refurb - needs sorting. Breakfast and Bar meals....good."

"No parking facility for single room occupancy was inconvenient and had to leave car in a nearby exposed housing estate and walk back. Check-in was confusing with key boxes on the wall for each room, but access is via the key coded digital front door lock. The hidden digital locks on the room door handles can be confusing for new arrivals. Room was basic and very noisy at street level, with only wooden blinds that let light in. All TV channels did not work. A budget hotel is what you pay for and...

"The property was next door to a bus stop which was very handy the only problem was the door locking system some times it work's ok sometimes it doesn't id prefer a key system myself??? Technology is okay when it works ok,but not always 100/% per cent reliable ? But otherwise they Hotel was spot on"

"Kelly the assistant manager was excellent. The quality of the cooked breakfast was poor. The site setting is lovely however the property does require some upgrading and perhaps a deep clean would be desirable."
