The staff was great, we had no TV for 3 of the 4 days. The cable company was there so it was a work in progress. I would definitely use this hotel again

Hyatt Place Waco
The hotel needs wear & tear updates. The room was clean, the bathroom was very clean. There was a snitch of urine smell on the sofa. I would book here again.

Tru By Hilton Waco South, TX
Room was clean. Bedding was not put on correctly and a little torn. Pillows were not good. King size room was small, but fine for 2 people. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. There is plenty of shopping in the area and places to eat. Newk's Eatery was very good.
