"The room was clean and smelled lovely. It took a little while for the air conditioning to start working, but once it did, it worked perfectly. The breakfast was great as always, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My child especially enjoyed the play area, which was a lovely bonus for families."

"I was please about the location. I appreciated that a grocery store and coffee/bread store were nearby. The city center was a 15 minute walk. The fact that the hotel offers a small "store" with food and beverage items was great. After a long day in the heat it is nice to purchase a beer on the way up to my room. I am unsure of room cleaning schedule but the floors should be swept and mopped at least as a final clean before a new guest arrives. Everything else was great."

"A beautiful, modern hotel located opposite Spilberk Park, just steps away from the Old Town. Large parking lot and also a garage which we did not use. Huge Reception area which made us expect a large room as well. But no, our room was very small with very limited closet space. No balcony, although I would have liked to have one. I was told that they were sold out. The restaurant by the Reception desk is very pricey... and very empty. The other restaurant downstairs was good and decently priced. Breakfast was excellent."

"I had an emergency and arrived at yeh Hotel Continental in the middle of the night. The person that checked me in noticed that I was frazzled when she asked for my passport. She was very calm and understanding. Another staff member helped me look for someone to do my eyelashes. And another one anticipated that I would need a taxi upon my departure and already booked it. The staff is amazing here! The location is absolutely ideal as well. Within a couple hundred meters, you’re in the heart of Brno."
