The IMPERIAL Vung Tau Hotel
"The hotel is old. There is no air conditioning in lobby. Guest leaves the room and all electric shut off leave the room very hot when come back.It is 5 star hotel but cannot compare to others. Staff are wonderful."

"The building was old but I was impressed as they had kept it clean as new. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I asked questions. Breakfast was great as it has had variety of food for vegetarian folks like us. I would recommend since it definitely deserves a 5 stars rating."

"Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us ..."
